1.) Complete Baby Diaper Line utilizing a Diaper Converter
manufactured by Paper Converting Machine Company Diaper (PCMC).
The line was installed in 1990
and is currently running at 345 pads / minute
of size 5 (LG) or size 6 (XL) - product bi-folded product.
The complete line includes:
Millhouse, Accrison SAP system, PCMC converter, un-wind stands,
Meltex, ITW and Nordson adhesive systems, Fameccanica stacker,
Optima bagger, hand packing station and stretch wrap equipment.
Electrical equipment includes:
3 phase AC 480 V 600A service, Allan Bradley control system, drive and
motion control technology, Electrocam position sensing technology
and AccuSenry Vision Quality Control System.
The product features include:
one-piece leg cuff, stretch tab with date and line coding, foam waist band,
breathable outer cover sheet - Aloe Vera capable, acquisition layer, tissue carrier
and cover, frontal tape, bi folded product.
Upgrades were made in 2009 to: the forming system, the foam unit,
a new rotary knife installed, upgraded machine stretch capability, improvements
to the mechanical drive and electronics and the machine guarding package.
This is a very reliable baby diaper converter that has been well maintained.
Change parts for Large and Extra Large (size 5 and size 6) included.

They were originally ordered over 12 months ago for a tourist project in Mexico.
(Developers ran out of money - hense the sale.)
There is approx 8/10 more weeks work to complete the units.
Manufacturers will not complete until they have a confirmed order/orders off someone.
Original value was 5.2 million USD each.
