Complete insulating glass-/ window glass production
Technology of the insulating glass production with the plant:
1. The glass is cut to size on the glass blade table. The glass blade table can get angekippt to almost 90° so that also big glass plates can be transported comfortably. These can be delivered (see holes in the plate) below the plate's situated roles so that a unfolding (further transport) the glass plates to the wash and dry machine is ensured.
2. The ready cut glass reaches the wash and dry machine and is washed and dried here in an operation. (automatic move, inclusive of treatment of water)
3. An on both sides adhesive foil is stuck on to the spacers (aluminium profiles) with a device (picture Iso 4) on the two sides. The spacers are then provided with the corner verb Indians by means of a little saw on your measure zugesägt and respectively on a side. (Corner verb Indian from Plaste, picture Iso 12 A) present be the spacers filled with dry means. (see picture Iso 3 A/dry means filling equipment) the still open parts of the spacer profiles are simply put into the filling device and filled automatically. The ready filled spacers will end obligedly to the corner verb Indians' frame ready for one about the still free ones now.
4. The ready spacer framework is stuck on to a plate. (the protection foil removes) the other plate gets blatantly and stickily following.
5. For the end this is sealed from two plates of existing glass package with the Hot Melt machine. The isolating glass plate is ready. At use of a gas filling (argon) between the two plates a side of the spacer framework remains open, the plate is filled with gas and then locked. (by means of adhesive or rubber seal)
All consumption materials like spacer, spacer verb Indian, spacer adhesive film, dry means, Hot Melt sealing, are at a reasonable price and on the market freely available. The supplier sources are submitted to the customer at purchase of the installation.
