Please note we offering this plant on the condition "as is and where is".

Included in the price is:

 

1) The whole plant as described already dismantled, sandblased and sprayed by rost protected color.

The equipment is ready for transport.

 

2) The raw mill as attached described not dismantled

 

Description of cement mill:

 

1 cement-mill, 3.2 m dia. x 13.0 m length, make VICKERS
in 1968, with 2 compartments, completely steel-lined
(Magotteaux), with central drive, A.E.I.-gear-box, 1650 kW,
main drive motor, 1650 kW, and aux. drive (but excl. grinding media).

The mill was operated in open circuit system. Capacity is approx. 50 t/h on OPC (2800 Blaine).
Additional equipment:
3 weighbelt-feeders, make HASLER in 1981, for clinker,
gypsum and additives
1 bag-filter, make BETH, 40.000 m³/h
1 cement-pumping system
Various spare-parts.

 

Description of cement plant:

The seller has available at the location in Hungary and Germany various used cement equipment

 

Scope of supply

1) llimestone-crushing plant, capacity approx. 200 t/h at 0-30 mm final grain size, consisting of;

1 double-shaft hammer crusher, make MIAG, type 'TITAN., with drives, 2 x 150 kW

1 apron-conveyor, make MIAG, 1400 mm with x 754 m c-t-c-distance, with hydraulic drive, 13,2 kW

1 chain-scraper below apron conveyor, make MIAS, 1500 mm width x 5,5 m c-t-c-distance, with drive, 2 kW

1 discharge-conveyor, make MIAG, 2000 mm width x 8,5 w c-t-c-distance, with drive, 15 kW

Various spare-parts

The crusher was manufactured in 1987. It is equipped with a hydraulic disassembly-device for hammers.

2) raw-material-grinding plants, capacity approx. 140-150 5h rawmeal, consisting of

1 pre-crusher, make HAZEMAG, type AP 4/86 5210/58, with drive, 400 kW

2 grinding plants, each consisting of:

1 weighbelt-feeder, make SCHENK, type DMgL 10, capacity 80 Oh, with drive

1 ball-mill, make SKET, 32 m dia. x 8.5 m length, with steel-lining, drive 1000 kW (excl. grinding media)

1 circuit-bucket-elevator, capacity 180 Ph, with drive, 30 kW 1 air-separator, rotor-dia. 1400 mm, with drive. 67 kW 1 bag-filter, 42 mbar, with fan, capacity 50.000 m'/h, with drive, 160 kW

3) 1 rotary kiln, 4.0 m dia. 060 m length, make POLVSIUS,

with 3 riding rings/supporting roller stations,

girth-gear-pinion-drive, main gear-box, make FLENDER, type SDN

710 210 kW, 730/10 rpm, main drive motor, aux. drive, movable

kiln-hood, burner, make PILLARD.

The preheater, the kiln inlet chamber as well as the

kiln-dusting is not Included in the scope of supply.

There are approx. 90 % of the unused refractory bricks for the Kiln tube available.

4) 1 grate cooler, make POLVSIUS, type RECUPOL 2113-1, width of grate = 2128 mm, length of grate -13390 mm, cll nker-crusher.. type SR, rotor-dia. 1250 mm, with drive, drag-chain ter clinker transport with drive, as well as cooler fans with drives.

The cooler dedusting and the clinker discharge conveyor is available.

 

5) The rotary kiln plant is equipped with a

DOPOL-preheater, make Polysius, type 220, with 4 stages. This preheater was modernized by Polysius in 1992.

Scope of services

The seller will supply the documentation for the equipment as far as existing.

Guarantees:

The seller grants that all equipment has been thouroughly inspected and is in a proper working condition.

Exclusions

spare parts, wear and tear parts, complementary items which might be needed far re-erection and re­ning which are not mentioned before.

Moreover all motors and drives are supplied in the "as it is' and "as inspected by the buyer" condition. Reconditioning or overhauling of the motors and drives is excluded.

Erection of equipment, elektrical engineering and work, supply of power and water, civil works, engineering, refactory materials part, structural steel works, quality control, workshop, cooling water and compressed air supply system, spare parts for commissioning, engineering service, supervision services and other services are not included.
